MXDL mod for Super Bright Flashlight!






What is the original specs for the original LED in the 5W mxdl because i wanna use 2 of these in a headlamp with 2X3.6v 10440 batteries and a 1ohm resistor.

I have an MCE emitter with a single 18650, not sure if the emitter will take more than 4.2 volts. I'm sure you could find a driver that can make it work with this host...





chaosfourever, I don't know what those are rated for, but they run off only a 3 ohm resistor between the 6 volt supply and the emitter.
