mod situation 90% done

hi all i apologize for all the delays w/ getting the mods back but it is going to happen and about 90% done

the reason for delay is didn't just need mod contract but redo ToS for mods to agree w/.

will keep u all posted

in the mean time plz just email me about any problems / spam / etc
