Mitsubishi 110 mW Single Mode Diode Limit?

Hey guys...

I've noticed that we haven't done any testing as to the max current capability of the single mode 635 nm diode ...

Does anyone have graphs or testing of these diodes? I just bought one from DTR, and would like to know how much current I need to give it.
