There was a green HeNe on eBay a while ago... Ended up going for around $160 IIRC.

Even the good ones aren't worth that much, and this one is pretty low in output. I would be surprised if it exceeded $80.

Probably not too hard, green is more visible than red and I've taken some beam pics of my 1mW red HeNe

The attractive thing about this one, though, is that the tube is bare.

I'd like to get a Yellow HeNe at some point.

Yep, 543nm has a value of 0.97126 (with 555nm having 1) and 633 has 0.23533. So it should be a little brighter than a 1mW red HeNe.
