Hello !
Did any one of you have any idea about the linewidth?
it is important for our application

In data sheet here: http://www.cnilaser.com/PDF/MGL-III-532.pdf

They say 532+-1 nm, so this should indicate it (however this is very roughly - there will be alignment issues and piece to piece variable optical cavity quality tolerance included).

Check here for more:

Maybe you need Single Longitudinal Mode (SLM) 532 nm laser - check here for example:

https://www.rp-photonics.com/single_mode_operation.html
https://www.rp-photonics.com/narrow_linewidth_lasers.html

These SLMs are however very expensive, but you can get for reasonable cost of temporal coherence length of about 50 m.

There exist even ring cavity DPSS lasers, where you can reach 300 m of temporal coherence length, these cost exctremely over those SLMs of "standard cavity design".

It depends on what is your purpose and budget.

BTW: It is better to open new thread maybe - since this laser likely will not meet your requirements IMO.
