My copper heatsink 
LD from A130 was placed in copper heatsink (see at photos) and works now at 1.3A
The beam focused to infinity (not to small dot) burns carton (2 side) in 20 seconds

How I inserted aixiz module into heatsink

LM317 driver pushes 1.3A into diode:
