How is this thread spam?

It is not "spam" per say. Spam deals with emails. This is more of a scam. You are trying to get people to work for you by giving up some of what is actually theirs by trying to make it sound like you are helping them.


Each and every one of these folks with videos would make more DX "points" by setting up their own referral number and posting it on their videos instead of a link to your site. Then they don't have to share with you the fruits of their labor. You are trying to fool the people into thinking that YOU are helping them, when in fact you are trying to siphon off part of what they would be earning on their own and using them to increase your webhits. Instead of helping to educate them in how to do it themselves, you "offer" to do it for them for a percentage.

So it is NOT spam. It is however, "spammy." (and IMO a bit scummy as well)
