No setscrew in the setscrew hole? You can get another one for 80 cents Set Screw and if you don't have the allen wrench make sure to get one of those as well.

Just so you know the set screw is recessed inside the heatsink, if you have the correct allen wrench try tighten it anyway. Might have missed it.

yeah there should be a SMALL screw down in there. Could blend in with the dark hole so try a few small allen wrenches in there
