Looking to buy red LD's from OEM pioneer 12x possibly 8x sleds.

Hi all, im looking to buy your red LD's from the pioneer BR drives..

Specifically the 3 ~ 3.3mm tiny open can LD's. If you have more than one
I will also consider trades within reason...

If you have 1 I will trade 2 x 5-7mW 635nm reds or a reasonable
price...

These diodes are nearly half the size of a standard LOC 5.6mm, and
also have an IR output on the same LD..

You can PM me, or post here what you have.. Im not looking for anything
previously abused or dead..

What's the sled model # of the 12x these come from ?

Not sure.. I never noted it. Though it appears that only sleds from the
pioneer drives have them. Another member mentioned that the 12x from
olike have a flat chip style red so those are out.

If I can find my 12x sled I will post it. At 250. a peace I only had 2, and blew
the red on one testing it..

:yabbem: I learned my lesson not to throw anything away anymore. At the time when i did buy the 12x burner i new nothing about that red diode. I though it was Just an IR diode. So in the Bin it went. :facepalm:

Thats why i am now kicking myself. I learned afterwards it is both and IR and Red 660nm diode.
