Looking To Buy An Osram PLT5 488NM 5.6mm Laser Diode

Hi everyone i am looking to buy an osram plt5 488nm 5.6mm laser diode has anyone got 1 to sell me it must be new thanx.

I have a bunch of 50 packs of Osram PL530 laser diodes. New in packaging. Let me know if you are interested.

Im not having much luck at all with the osram plt5 488nm laser diode i contacted dora about a plt5 488nm laser diode she said she has them in stock i was like wow ill buy 1pc paid 293usd for the diode she was really friendly then the diode came fast with tnt post i was super exited so i open up the parcel and inside was a sharp diode instead of the osram with the writing around the window i am not happy at all.

Somehow, I'm not surprised. To the Chinese one 488nm diode is the same as another. I have gotten many Sharp diodes from Dora. She seems to have a direct line to them. I hope you paid with a credit card.

Open a dispute. You have a good case. You paid for a specific diode and they switched brands on you without your consent.

I have to wait 4 weeks before i can open a credit card dispute.

Really!? I can open one as soon as the charge is no longer pending and I have received my item. I have done it before, so it is not just speculation.

Just got an email from dora she said if sent the wrong item she will send again thats nice of her

Think about using a spatial filter. If you use a pinhole you will also get a round beam as well as a clean beam.

I hope you get the diode you paid for this time. I would not cancel any actions you have taken so far as you may not be able to start again if you do. I am curious if you will actually get the diode you paid for as I have done a lot of business with Dora, but only for Sharp diodes.

I changed my mind about this diode now i will pay for the sharp diode they sent me and dora is going to give me a refund.

I was able to measure many of these Sharp diode's for wavelength and binned them that way. I was interested in your build with another more expensive diode as I haven't been able to measure these. But, I wouldn't want to spend that kind of money to just get the opportunity to do so. I would have taken the refund as well.
