If you want a half decent laser don't even bother with Focalprice,
I can almost guarantee you all of the lasers they sell are under spec.

Check out Priceangels OR O-like

I got ~25mW out of a "100mw" laser and ~50mW out of a "200mw" laser. Both greens. Order if you want 1/4 of the power advertised...Don't expect more.

Focalprice is not good idea. Check my review of 200mW Focalprice laser (in sig). I got estimated 35mW from it.
Their packaging is poor, and their service is terrible. At the moment I'm in a process of waiting for package for over 2 months. Only thing good they sell is antigreen (and blue) $8 protection goggles, which work great, if you get them in one piece and if you get the right ones.
In other words .. if you feel lucky, go ahead. If not, I would suggest o-like or rayfoss as middle-range shops (they don't sell underspecs most of the time), and if you really have to go cheap, I always had good experience with deal extreme.

+1 on not going with focalprice. I ordered a 50mW on the 31st of october and have yet to get it. I sent a message about a week ago and they got back the next day saying it was sent out on the 1st of November and to get back in a few days if I didn't receive it. I just wrote back today. I don't expect much of a laser if and when I do get it but figured I gamble on it being that it was so cheap.

The only lasers I buy from focalprice are the $15 50mw 18650 ones. I've had about a dozen, only one has been up to spec. The rest have ranged from 10 to 30mW of actual green.

They're fine for cheap lasers, but don't expect any of the high power stuff to be anywhere near spec.
