Note: I am not sure if this post is in the right section. I saw an topic about buying an blue laser here so I though this would be the right place. Also, my english is not that good. Thanks for reading this post.

Hello,

I am looking for an Green Laser Pointer for just private usage. I have already an WickedLaser Artic 500Mw laser and I really want to have a nice green one, but the green laser price on WickedLasers site is pretty mutch...

Demands for the laser:
  • Green Laser Pointer
  • 100Mw - 300Mw
  • Budget is around $350 tops
  • Safety switch would be nice
Demands for the seller:
  • Trustable company
  • Good support that can be contacted if any problems occurs.
  • Selling the laser with an charcher and batteries. (Safety Glasses is also a pluspoint)
  • Accessoires that can be buyed seperated or with it is also nice.
  • Shipping to Europe

I never wanted to use my Blue 500Mw laser for playing with my animals, so another question is is it save todo? And if, what is the tops power for doing that? (Shining to the walls, etc.)

Thanks for your time,

Wout

Well laserbtb does everything on your list except they dont ship batteries, only a charger if you buy the bigger PL host, but batteries surely u can buy somewhere else? U would want not those supplied anyway..

And also if you want a true green you should have a look at 520nm lasers they are diode lasers meaning they are not sensitive to temps like 532nm are and are much more stable and to me a 532 laser compared to 520 looks more like lime green, 520 is also called forest green.

Keep in mind your animal's eyes are just as easily damaged as yours I would not use a pointer over the 5mW safe eye limit to play with a pet.

Wonder if they sell laser eye protection for dogs.

Take a look at the current Skylaser/Laserbtb GB. I'm not sure if it's still open to receiving new orders
but the prices are quite exceptional. A 300mw 532nm HL is only $149 for example.

If you're looking for higher quality you might want to consider Jetlasers.org. Their customer service
is the best of the best out of any company and they sell all the accessories you mentioned.

The group buy #5 has just recently ceased order taking. Right now they are just making sure everyone got their lasers. As for Jetlasers, I hear good stuff about them as well. Like Will said, they should also be a great place to buy from.
