As of midnight, Pacific time, there is a certain shop the sells, ummm,  ::) 5urplu5 laser parts, that has two GGW-H20L left. Being that they are so rare, I thought the price was reasonable and purchased one.

Needless to say I am quite excite to get my hand on one of these mythical beasts!!!  [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

its the law of supply and demand at work. I realize that the price was high but I must feed my addiction [smiley=evil.gif] ... and
I'm pretty sure that there will be an 8X in my not too distant future. ::)

           You crack me up, buddy. How many times have I asked you about getting a 6x? ( A real 6x, not the SF-AW210  8-))
 Oh... and I'm still waiting for the those 5 PHRs  ::)

           I appreciate your opinion and agree that an 8x for $100 more isn't a bad idea. I'll be getting one of those too.  ;)
But, the 6x have already been tested and there is plenty of info about how hard I can run it. I guess I'll just have to look at the extra $60 that these now cost as the price of getting a known diode. (Call me a sucker, but it is money well spent in my opinion)
           After a few more people submit their data on the 8x I'll feel more comfortable pushing that one.

           I'm so very grateful to, and have much appreciation for those of you who have the skills and knowledge (and money) that allow you to torture diodes to death so that I, and everyone else, can benefit. I was just about to post that I noticed they had some in stock... title was going to be " Opposite of a Deal on 6x "...

I noticed they boosted their price up to $87 a while ago but still showed sold out, now $120?? people are crazy to pay that.

just my $0.02.

I'll admit that I'm crazy, but $120 isn't that much money. This is a relatively cheap hobby!
If you want to talk about expensive...I can easily go through more than $500 in ammunition on a good day at the range. ;)

WOW!!! "LOL" Its about time! I asked you for them on way back on March 23. I mean you already had my $60 from your failed 6x GB so it should have been a quick and easy transaction.
Anyway.... I'm just gald that we are finally all settled up.

I want to test each diode to ensure it is working properly. I don't want to sell items for this much that don't work. Speaking of price, I was quite upset about surplu5 parts selling the sleds for that much. very rude..

also, I only sell harvested diodes. look around my website some more ;)

the thing is that i did my 6x GB and it went bad as we all no....he wanted 5 phr instead of a refund well i sent 5 phr sleds and he threaten me by saying he will dispute me ect..... well the tracking never changed on my pp page so i though it got lost so i sent him another 5 sleds the day i sent the other 5 sleds the first package showed up as shipped so know he got 10 phr sleds and i asked if he will send 5 back and the answer to that is NO and says Thank you for the 10 PHRs. It was incredibly generous of you.
