Accidentally noticed a weird pattern on the wall from my 1W Titan, check this out :O
The LD is being projected along with the dot, this is very cool indeed!

Now you know what the square is next to your focused laser beam! haha

Yeah you can use the same technique to read the number printed on Sharp's diodes a lot easier.

How have I not known or tried this, that's awesome. It looks like both of your lasers are close to being focused to infinity, is there any trick to get this to be more pronounced?

Try to make the laser beam go through some kind of hole to avoid it overexposing the shot

Mine was unfocused. Just eyed it until the text was readable
