Liquid Sky Wave Effect

i know how to get the straight line of the laser beam, but some of the videos i have seen looks to have a wave effect when the liquid sky is shown on a wall. anyone know how this is done. all help appreciated.

A "wave" in a "liquid sky" effect requires a scanner type setup (two mirrors on galvos)

Beaten to it but as said above that would be done by a scanner.

That will give you a "line" but not a "wave"
