In my laser delusion one night i order this incredible expensive deluxe lens. :
I cost me 66 each plus 25 taxes. :-[ euros.
Its A coated for 400-600nm.
The results are awesome someway.
The Lens is called 352330-A, manufactured by Lightpath, but i have to buy at their
distributor http://www.ams-technologies.com .
In catalog pdf search for 352330
http://www.lightpath.com/literature/catalog/LightPath_Catalog_Aspheric_Optics_Overview.pdf
While i check up the lens, i put my focus on power and beamspot quality at 6 meters.
It does not fit in a aixis lensnut. It has 6,35mm diameter instead of 7mm.
I have no proper mount for it!
This is a problem, the beam quality cannot fair compared.
Maybe i lathe one by myself the days if i have time.
I use one steelnut and grind the rear end down that i can reach the diode with the shorter FL lenght.
Power test:
What you see on the picture can be taken as average.
I make several measument and results are close together.
Aixis 128mw
Roithner 142mw
Lightpath 165mw
IMHO
This increase in power is way worth to search for efficient Bluray lens.
For the beamspot comparison i mount my bluray in this cheap DX clamp and tripod.
To let you get an impression what you see i put a 9 Volt batterie on a sled cardboard box in the picture.
Backround is a white door.
The Aixis have the best beam Quality i would say.
the roitner take second place, but its not fair because of the DIY mount on the Lightpath!!!
The biggest problem is the off centered beam, that make the beam looking bad.
I learn theat speziall for the small FL lenses its extrem important that it fits the tread tight,
if there is a bit wobbling you have "bad jumping beam center". !? Lot more then with the standard fl lens.
And small fl tend to show this bar thing at the beamspot,
With my red lasers i notice something strange!
A rohm diode can be focused in standart aixis while the LG20x not!
For the red LOC the focal point must differ!
The focal point is that far away that the tread not even grab.
Now I get 165mw out of a phr at 140mw. It burns wonderfull.
No need to say that i get a nice small beam diameter but i have no time to make this pictures today.
This beamsize picts are the most difficult.
Cant wait for my already ordered 6x!
I hope IgorT lens is something like that, but proper mounted.
