LBO from o-like, anyone?






I believe that is used to create 473nm after being pumped with 1064nm laser light
 
It doubles 1064nm light to 532nm, or 946nm to 473nm. Really, LBO has a pretty broad range of wavelengths that it will double, but it is typically very temperature sensitive. It needs to be kept at a very strict temperature (usually heated by a TEC in reverse) in order to work efficiently.
 
Interesting, so it will double aswell 808nm in proper temperature?
