Alright. Now, I'm getting angry. February 14, Ordered 2 lasers from lazerer. The 100mw 532nm keychain laser (click) and the 500mw 405nm Devil cyber (click)
the 532nm worked great, until it recently dropped and broke. the 405 on the other hand, died with just seconds of use. Seconds. I shined it against a wall in my house, and about 25 seconds after i turn it on and start focusing it, it goes dim, and dies. Having it on for this short a period of time and it dying is in no way my fault. I turn it on, and shortly after it goes dim and dies. OK, Now this is march 18. Months ago.
So i send max an email telling him i want to exchange or return it. Eventually, he says ok. Finally, after i shipped and he received it(of course, i shipped the laser back within the 7 days that i received it, as stated in the terms and conditions on there website) he tells me that he will replace the diode for $18, AND he wants to charge me 3.99 for shipping.. Now, i am thinking....hmmm..what happened to the first line in his terms and conditions page?
So has anybody else been screwed over by max before? three, four months is way to long and this is really turning into a load of bull.

I send an email back the same day (may 30) telling him that i do not want it repaired, but i want to return it for a refund. Still, today, nothing back. June 6th, i ask send a paypal request for the laser of $104.99 (looks like the price dropped $5 since then....) and i have not received anything yet.1. Customer can return the item within 7 days upon delivery for warranty (repair/exchange/refund). In this case we will bear for all the cost for parts and maintenance. Buyer will only pay for the shipping cost for the entire return process.
