I saw it a couple times. I'd say it was a green laser pointer. You can see it slightly forward and left of the wingtip at 1:01. It is pretty much right at the edge of the video. You can see another one @ 1:04 just above the dark line running left to right in the big cluster of lights.

 





First this video made me horny for some reason jk ;)
But yeah dude I think that was a laser. Someone trying to be a dick maybe
 
Interesting to see what a green laser looks like at high altitude. It's not even a flash, just a green dot that blinks in a split second and then is gone. How far up do you suppse they are?
 
I don't think that's a laser. it's whatever that green light is that I assume the pilot uses to line up for refueling (there's a red one on the other wing tip). Also kind of hard to hit the top of the wing from the ground.

we are looking underneath the aircraft on ground level when the video is at about 1.01s

Yea i think its definitly a laser, a cheapo DPSS 532nm probably, most common with airstrikes, what idiots! No aircrafts should ever be pointed at with lasers but if there is any you especially shouldnt mess with it would be something like these!
