Lasers+Fire=Awesome!!

I was rather bored tonight...so I decided to have some classic laser fun.

Edit: Just to answer some quick questions that might come up.....Yes that is my waterproof blu-ray build. Yes that is Flint. Yes that is flash paper. Yes that is flash cotton/gun cotton.

I wish that I could slow-mo the final fire ball, but my video editting software wont let me do it....Weird?

Just to let you know that you worded your post wrong.....LOL...But I know what you mean.

Thanks for the caution, but not to worry....I know what I am doing.....no seriously..I do.

Plus if all else fails, I know where the fire extinguisher is.

flash cotton and flash paper is great stuff. and he wont burn down his house...the stuff combusts so fast you can hold it in your hand and not get burned. its meant for indoors.

Being as I recently bought around 1000 sheets of flash paper. Dreamland magic had it on sale a few months ago
BTW:back on sale now Buy the large sheets, then cut them up into smaller pieces, it's cheaper that way.
I have come up with some "experiments" with flash paper.
I placed a 2"X2" square in a small neck bottle. The paper will disappear but there will be no flame.
Fold the paper in to a "floatable" pattern, toss it in the air and hit it as it sails by.(harder then it sounds)
Spray a thick layer of paint on one side of the paper
When dry you can stand it up against a object. Hit it with the beam and the paper will flash but the paint will not, looks like the white paper changed to the color you painted it with.(Looks cooler then it sounds)
Take a small 1/4 or so tube, (I use part of a cut-off car antenna) roll a piece of paper up tight, stick it up into the tube about 1/8 or so , wad up a piece loosely and place it into the space below the rolled up piece.
The loose stuff will flash and shoot the still flaming rolled up piece into the air, which will then flash.
I know there's many more I have done but my mind is getting foggy.I'm calling it a night. Will add more when I think of them.

Very cool with the flint which realy isn't flint but some kind of metel I forgot what, but if you can get some Zirconium powder that will give the same effect.
