LASERS ARRIVED! Need advice....

My lasers arrived and I will be doing a review of them soon, but in the meantime I desperately need someone to back up the instructions for the rayfoss 200mW red waterproof....it says positive end facing AWAY from tailcap in the picture....I only ask because the green was the opposite and I don't want to mess the red up if the chinese instructions didn't translate amazingly....Thanks! +rep for everyone who can back this up! You will be saving me a couple years from the worry of a few seconds. :bowdown:

yes i believe it is the oposite to the green....my RF waterproof green is case positive i believe red is case negative

YEP! I melted the plastic on a black binder....the divergence doesn't look too amazing, but after focusing a bit I was able to get it to an acceptable dot instead of a 3 inch circle at 3 feet....the green one I got has amazed me.....and the people walking dogs in my neighborhood.....oh, and scared the s*#! outta the dogs.

I was pointing it into the sky....not on the ground at all

While safety is paramount.. there's a big difference in pointing a laser 'near' someone and 'at' someone. I doubt there are many people here who haven't shined lasers 'near' people before. Unless you either have no friends, or live in BFE... It's just something that's going to happen.
