Ordered a laser pointer from this company 27th November which according to their website should be posted the next day but no receipt so far and they will not answer queries despite many attempts. Does anyone have any experience of using them?

Mate, that's kind of tao bao, as gazer101 said "hit or miss", I don't have experience with them, but using ebay or amazon ensures your money, if you going to risk with this companies you should try lower amounts of money, if you're experience is good then buy expensive things.
