Originally contacted Laserlands due to unit taking extremely long for delivery. I had ordered a diode from them prior to that and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time 2-3 weeks. This Laser took a lot longer, I don't remember the exact time frame but it was LONG. They shipped another unit, I received one unit and took it to work to use during class presentation and it went from bright to what appears to be LED or extrememly dim. I received the second unit and the exact same thing happened. I have not purchased from Laserlands again due to this issue. I still have both lasers, one of which I dismantled to see if I could determine the issue or re-use the host (which I did not re-use the host), the other is intact but not working.
