So i have this option of the 2 motor and 9v but can i understand that if i want to make different shape i need the motor to be variable speed or the distance and angle between the two mirrors of same speed motor would do the same?

motors need to be variable speed to achieve different shapes.
The angle only helps in how big you want the figures to display on for example ''a wall''
