LaserBee II Issue

Hi All,
I have a 3.2W Laserbee II and recently whenever I try to use it is simply shows:

Overflow 3200Mx

I've tried all the basic stuff - new battery, made sure all connections are clean, etc.

The new battery seemed to work and then after about 10 minutes it went back to the overflow error again.

I've tried reaching out to Laserbee with sales@laserbeelpm.com and info@laserbeelpm.com but can't get a response - maybe Jerry is away or I'm using the wrong email addresses.

Anyway, anyone have any idea what could be going on?

I'm sure Jerry will see this thread and respond, but have you tried to send him a PM here at LPF?

Sorry... we have received absolutely no E-Mails from you.
Did you go to our website and use the [CONTACT] tab ??
Send me your E-Mail address by PM here and I'll see if
your E-Mails are being dumped for some reason.

As to your LaserBee II...

First... I'll need the Serial number of your LaserBee II.
Second.. When you first boot up your LaserBee II
at the bottom right of the LCD screen you will see a
3 digit number... I'll need that as well.

I just tried the 2 E-Mail addys you posted and they
work just fine...

Hey Mick...
Got your PM here...

Try sending a Message through our website [CONTACT]
tab or use another E-Mail other than outlook.com

You can also PM the data we need on the Forum.

Why wouldn't he contact you directly to begin with? Come here and ask a question like that of us when he could go to you the expert? Hmmm... Seems fishy but yet the post appears legit.

Coincidental to Accutronitis issues, but where did he get that photo if not legit? Does Acc. have one of those he could disable to produce that photo? Tineye does'nt find it.

Mick doesn't seem to be in a hurry to solve his
LPM issues. Can't do anything today anyways until
Monday morning when I'll be back in the shop.
