laser questions

hello
i'm new here and also a complete newbie (the only lasers i have owned where max 5mw red lasers)
btw i'm from belgium and my english isn't very good
the reason why i registered this forum is that i want a good but affordable laser
but i don't know where to buy
i want a laser that is visible at night, it has to burn stuff, reliable and i want to spend +/- 120euro(164dollar) max

i looked on o-like, lucklaser, dragonlaser,laserglow,....
i have read that olike and lucklaser are not to be trusted
laserglow, wickedlasers,... are to expensive

are there other good sites

i also checked deal extreme but they only got 5mw lasers or isn't this true due the legalisation in some countries
