Like said. If it´s not focused to infinity but to one point even a 50mW one will light a match. So if focused to infinity and your laser dos not light a match, it won´t be 200mW but something between 50 and 150mW.
 
you can get decent 18650 cells from dealextreme, but i do not reccomend their lasers. their flashlights would make good hosts if you had a lathe to make heatsinks.

how much did you pay for it?
that would usually tell you how much "true" power it has
(minus the "local guy" mark up profits)

so if he made $20 pocket money, then you are stuck with a $30 "200mw"

or course he could have also been legit, but that chances of that are low
you get what you pay for..
just save up and get a SUPER laser from reliable sources :) (forum members)

50 EURO, not 50 dollars! (he originally asked for 65 euros, but told him 50 euros), this guy had a bunch of lasers, and i dont really think he was in it for the money. (ofcourse i could be wrong)

And am currently waiting for yobresal to finish building 2 lasers for me ;)

Sorry I didnt subscribe to this thread so it took me a while to reply. Shipping to Belgium would be $13 bringing the total to $28 shipped (for 6). It is probably cheaper to buy from someone in Belgium (or china)

50 Euro dosn´t say anything about the power and quality. At a local electronic store I asked for green lasers. They offered me a 50mW pen for 50 Euro - exactly the same cheap pen you will get at dealextreme much cheaper. A onlineshop in my coutry is selling 30mW modules for 50 Euro too. For a real 200mW you would have to spend at least 90 Euro.
