I've seen this here before, but I had to try it myself. I had a lot of bad 'drawings' since its hard to see what your doing when turning on and off a laser and writing on something that doesn't show what your doing (such as a wall). I'll try to see what I can do with some more time and better creativity.

This was done with my DIY red Senkat Diode laser.

Good stuff! It does take some time and MANY retakes to get some good pictures. I know when someone wanted me to do one of me writing their name I probably took at least 20 shots and it still wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.

Did anyone just think PINK??????

Why yes, Nice of you ask... Heres the PINK I was thinking of..........................

where can i get a decent, good value for money digital camera with all the features needed for laser graffiti like shutter/exposure etc.
im a total n00b to cameras too, dont really know whats what.
i want a camera so i can start laser grafitting and be able to take some better quality pics.

Nice pics man! i really want to try this, but my camera appears to not have a setting for exposure times :-/

does your camera have a manual mode? if it does then it probably supports longer exposure times

I only have a cheapo Kodak EasyShare V530 and I have:
Auto
0.5 Sec
0.7 Sec
1.0 Sec
1.5 Sec
2.0 Sec
3.0 Sec
4.0 Sec
6.0 Sec
and
8.0 Sec

So make sure you mess with all the settings and see if you check the manual if you have one. It also has
Panning Shot: "Use for expressing speed of subject in motion."

Not sure how helpful that is but it's a decent camera and you can find them fairly cheap. 8-)
