yes another poly burshless motor driver thread.

so i have found the gnd and the vcc not hard.
But what type of signal do i need to make it run.
i tried using my lathe to make an adapter for another motor but it had a tiny bit of wobble and made a few lines so i wanted to use this if possible.

on the white terminal pin with the right being number 1 and the left being 7

3 x'tal
4 gnd

pin #3 would be your PWM input, you need to put a pulsed signal in there, between pin #2 and #3.
I have no idea what pulse you need so build a variable pulsed output generator on a bread board to
feed it with, once you know what you need make it small

Here's a simple PWM circuit you could use:

The voltage divider on U1's + input sets the output voltage, and R3 sets the oscillation frequency. Choose something around ~1.2kHz

You can use a single LM1458 with a supply voltage of +-12V to make this simple. Turn the pot to adjust pulse width, and feed the output of U2 into the third pin from the right on the motor PCB.
