Laser Labels?

ok i've done some searching and for the life of me i can't find what i'm looking for. a couple of weeks ago i was doing research about how to build a red laser and came across a link to a goverment website where you could input your lasers color and power and it would generate a label that you could print off, and of course i didn't bookmark it and now i can't find it. anyone have a link?
