I just ordered a gold and black green laser pointer from them a while ago on ebay through pay pal so if they do scam me I can get the money back but are they legit?

You only get your money back if you dispute within 45 days. I think there are few other conditions too but I forget.

You have 45 days from initial purchase then If you open a case it can stay open for 20 more days and then if you escalate it to a claim then Paypal can take up to 30 days to look into it.
