I did for the item number he listed, but got no item. If it is the usual lab style head it runs off +12 volts, so 3 Li ion batteries would work.

You could use an 18650 battery at 3500 mAh. Those are usually 3.7 volts loaded.

TTL input says 0 to 5V input. That's just the on/off for the TTL function

The driver runs on >2A, 12VDC
Just buy a cheap plug in wall AC to >2A, 12VDC transformer or any >2A 12V battery of any kind will do.

If you not just Trolling LPF with nonsense questions which increasingly seems to be the case:

The batteries you gave a link for specifically say they are not rechargeable.

You have the answers above.

The item clearly states what the electrical power requirements are.
If you can't figure out/comprehend how to power the item with a >2A , 12V power supply sufficient for whatever it is you want to do and/or have no idea of what you are doing, don't buy the item.
If you do buy it, observe laser safety procedures and buy good laser goggles/glasses to protect your eyes.
