well if some of the content from here was useful. (and it was very much to me) then why the sarcasm about "we have a faq page"? just food for thought. :P

That wasn't sarcasm.... he showed you a link to a thread with a lot of information
to help you understand the terminology used here on LPF...

That link is called the Frequently Asked Questions page.... or FAQ Page... 8-)

im not here to make enemies or battle for supremacy. I'm here to learn and to be a part of something cool and great. but i see people rag on the noobs all the time. if it wasnt sarcasm he shouldn't have thrown in the "maybe chad should update with info from this thread" or whatever he put. I ask questions for a reason. does the faqs page show what TEMoo is? No it doesnt. and i got many listings in the search feature and all that i found came back with TEMoo in them but not one with a solid definition.

I don't like your tone. There's no sarcasm on the internet! I suggested that Chad should take the opportunity to update the FAQ since it's been a while, allot of good info has been posted in this thread. And at the same time you found out there even was an FAQ.

People with your attitude is NOT welcome here. Just because you didn't find the info you wanted about TEM[highlight]00[/highlight] there's no reason to whine about it. Try wikipedia, the internet, the www etc.

Again you misunderstand.............. ::)

FireMyLaser was simply saying that the Member that made the FAQ page (Chad) should maybe
update the abbreviations at the bottom of his (Chad's) FAQ page"....

How is that sarcastic.... :-?

With that defensive attitude.... you are inviting members to rag on you...
It wouldn't be a bad idea to maybe tone it down a bit..
No one has ragged on you yet.... ;)

I just read all the posts on this thread and every Member responded with some help...
If that help is not good enough... then perhaps you just need to read some more of
the Threads/Post on the Forum like we all did...

wow you know what i found on the internet firemylaser when i searched for lasers and questions. I found LASER POINTER FORUMS.. My first post said i was having troubles with finding the info. A lot of people gave me good feed back. So i'll apologize if i got tooooo sensitive on you and jerry. but please understand its hard to find old info here. ive seen that in a few different threads as well. and when i get upset it s only because i came to the forums to learn..

N/P   I'm good...

I know it is time consuming and sometimes frustrating to find the information on the
threads/posts...

But you need to keep in mind... no one here owes you or any member anything...
and that applies to all the members here...
We help when we feel like helping and can... but we are not required to..

Sometimes we even make mistakes..
If you have problems finding info then ask... like you did... but it is bad practice to
bite a member's head off if he can't give you exactly the information you are looking
for.. ;)

I use Google quite often to get info.... 8-)

PS... there was another member here that would get upset very often and lash out
at members.... long story short... he was banned from the forum... ::)

Not just a dictionary but an encyclopedia! I used it to write a paper my professor couldn’t understand...unfortunately he assumed I couldn’t either and game me a low grade...

Why does that always happen? I mean I tried explaining it to him but he wouldn’t listen…
