I received my pen builds and i must say they are very cleanly built, no scratches, buttons are smooth and everything is centered nicely.

It will light a ciggarette, pop ballons from 75+ feet away, and burn your skin INSTANLY, as will the 130mW's, just ALLOT faster and more hardcore!
