I dont know the name of them but I'm sure a lot of us have played with the cheapie fleamarket lasers that have all those cool attachment thingies you screw on the cap and they project an image on the wall. My question is are these "attachment thingies" available for lasers of greater power? And what are these things called.
 





diffraction gratings my friend, diffraction gratings....o-like.com has a set of caps for 10 dollars or less.
 
Yep. Use safety goggles when positioning them and make sure you double check your not near a beam (:
