Somebody had tried a laser diode from a laboratory??I had request a price for a 405 500mw laser module at laser diode concept.I want to build a big one full of power,.

Good luck with that, it'll be very expensive. If you have the money and want it, more power to you. But don't expect it to be cheap like the phr diodes on here.

beter to get a 445 nm 500 mw diode the cost around 2500

Or you can buy an 8X DVD burner for $210.00 and get a 400mW 405nm

I don't even recall seeing a 405nm lab-laser more powerful than 100mW! Do they even make 500mW 405nm lab-lasers?

I'm sure they do, they've had 405nm multimode high output diodes for a while now. Prices are still high though ofc
