Kipkay is back guys D:

RIP DPSS crystals for when they die :( LOL he called the gun a sporting rifle...

That video defiently seemed like a paid advertisement for WL. He mentioned WAY too much stuff (specs) about their overpriced laser.

The last chunk of the gun discussion was moved to the gun thread. We should continue keeping this thread on track. Kipcrud is an idiot. If only someone could meet him in real life and educate him further.

Good call on moving the gun discussion, and yes I agree. He dosen't realize how dangerous what he is doing could be and a good talking to him definitely wouldn't hurt

I wonder if some kid who is subscribed to Kipkay has added a burning laser to his compressed air gun, as Kipkay shows.

Let me start off by saying I haven't watched the video since I'm at work, but I don't care to give him the views nor do I need to watch it given the level of coverage from this thread. I'll save myself from the lost time.

I don't see a problem with what he's done. If you put a laser on the end of a weapon then whatever you are pointing the weapon at you clearly have the intent to kill. (Rule 2 of firearm safety) For the Airsoft comments, If the laser is going to do damage to a human it's pretty much got to hit you in the eye. If your gun, airsoft or real, is sighted in to strike where the laser is pointed then where pray tell do you think the GUN is pointed?

If I could put a laser on my handgun you could bet on the fact that there would already be a M140 guiding my shots. In fact I almost bought a WL arctic before I found the forum for that VERY reason.

I know a lot of people here just :barf: safety without thinking about the bigger picture. Not too long ago I read that someone should get eye pro for stargazing...

Also, just so everyone knows an M16 (AR15) rifle has very very mild recoil. His laser will probably be fine.
