So Kipkay returns with another Laser video, and believe it or not, no safety!

The video: Ultimate Tactical Laser! - YouTube
For some reason, when the video is ending, he's wearing safety googles

Meh, the day when he blinds himself for acting like an idiot hopefully he will learn. This shows how even older people can sometimes act like immature kids when with a laser...it is sad..

You did happen to notice that the laser is facing in the complete opposite direction?

Don't get me wrong, I hate Kip as much as the next guy, but if you are worried about damage from a laser attached to a high power assault weapon, you are missing a point on the level of criticizing grammar of a text written on wall with human blood.

Time to quit with all the "OMFG GOGGLES OR DIE!!!11!".

EDIT, that's a non-military grade DPSS. Recoil will get it soon anyway :D

Ohhh, never did notice that before haha. Anyway, I flagged the video and I hope I don't sound rude but..I think the only way this guy will learn to be more careful is to be hit in the eye...I swear..

Yeah but how will you know if he did? You think he'd admit that publicly? :D

Just leave it be.
If it were up to me, flag, unsubscribe, forget he exists.

I hope I don't sound rude but... I wouldn't post links to Kip's youtube videos on the forum. Just let his popularity wittle down and die finally. For every view he gets on youtube, he gets payed advertisement royalties etc etc.

Did just as you said! I unsubscribed, flagged the video and thumbed it down. I don't want to promote this behavior.

A lot of kipkays laser projects I dislike. Simply because they are dangerous and he doesn't go over safety like he should. But honestly what is wrong with this video? In my opinion nothing at all. He said how any laser on a weapon legally has to be <5mW. The video seems fine to me.

Its a WickedLaser product, normal use will get it sooner rather than later
LOL there's a good chance yeah.

They put some advanced microcontroller tech in it.
I'd follow same reasoning as with guns: The less electronics and extra tech there is, the less is there to break down and malfunction.

Speaking of...
I know what you mean. Some people over exaggerate when it comes to safety. But that's not an assault rifle.

Uhh I dunno, looks like one to me. Not an expert. What is it, then?

Ah, yeah you're correct, I had to check it up on Wiki, an "Assault rifle" is defined by, among other things, having a selective fire.

Burst fire or automatic fire weapons aren't allowed by law anyway.

Well in any event. It's a rifle. :D

Yet he uses a 2W laser on his  Anyway, if you see his other vides he isn't really mindful of laser safety.

Actually in 'merica we can own autos. Just gotta pay your 200 dollar tax stamp. Nothing beats a green aim laser on a rifle. I've tried both expensive and cheap red and green rifle lasers and I love the greens the most. For some obvious reasons (more visibility). Now I can just wait for a 589
