Just recieved a 50mw green laser- i have some questions

I looked directly at the laser reflecting off a white wall fpr about a second. Would this cause eye damage?

I just turned it on and shined it on a white piece of paper (dumb, i know) if i looked directly at it for a split second should i worry?

I would say if you have to ask everytime you do something like this and question if its dangerous or not... Wear safety glasses!
