Just HOW bad is lazerer?

I know lazerer used to be amazing. Max would reply to all emails and always got issues sorted away. But now I've been reading around the forums and it seems like they are going downhill.

Just, how far down are they? Are they so bad now that I shouldn't even consider ordering from them? They have a few lasers that are very interesting to me. Will I not even get my laser? Or will support just be annoying to deal with?

They are so bad that i read they take ages to ship the actual laser out, hardly any communication or response, i know i mailed them a few times got zero replies back which iguess now im happy for it in a way.. have a look at laserbtb instead they have cheap prices too and offer good lasers.

and their lasers dont even seem to be upto spec as they claim, some even got a few lasers they were underpowered,, so much for their "power guaranteed". its more of a gamble buy from them right now but i dont see why really you end up waiting a long time or it might show up or it breaks down and you will have a hard time get an actual response from them... there is a reason why they are not on a good laser list anymore..

650 - died not long after arrival
635 - defective but ran if you smacked it around (literally)
405 - died not long after arrival

Yep, thanks for the reply guys. So this thread is answered with "THAT bad". Going to avoid this company.

I bought one laser second hand from them. Driver had no current regulation whatsoever and it died seconds after power up. Don't know how it worked for so long from the previous owner.

lol damn sounds like their lasers has worse quality then random lasers from ebay or aliexpress...

Well from what ive read about them. They seem unreliable (never ordered from them).

I would listen to the others and stay away until we see some improvement.

-Would be nice to see that because they always got a good rep.
