judgement for fda license <5mw 638nm orange laser pointer

here is a judgement for me and a buyer from us.
we have some <5mw 638nm laser pointers for sell. but today, a buyer says, "selling cheapest stupid chiniese products with fraud features NICHT KAUFEN HIER". so that he is not satisfied with it and left me a ng feedback.
I have opened this new thread for this laser pointer fan. He may new for lasers and laser pointers.
can somebody help me for it?
whether there is someone can answer the question for :
whether a 638nm laser has a visible beam? wheather a 1-3.8mw laser is bright?
it is a FDA licnsed laser for the Safty, the output is 1-3.8mw. it works with two aaa batteries and the voltage is 3v, battery current is 280ma and laser current is <50mA
can somebody here offer some provement that whether a 1-3.8mm is very bright

I have one of these lasers on the way and will gladly post pictures of it. I have a 4mW 650nm laser so if that works I can post pictures and LPM results of that

I have taken pics for two laser pointers by my phone.
here are two laser pointers
one is 650nm the other is 638nm
the 650nm is 3.8mw

I have taken two pics. one is on 5 meters

everybody here can see that although 650nm get higher output, the laser dot is a little bit weaker than 638nm.
638nm is a little bit orange than 650nm
but 638nm is rectangle dot, 650nm is ellipse dot.
attn: both laser CANNOT have visible laser beam.
I do not know how people judge a laser pointer
but two pcs for 9.48usd is a good and high worthy.
so that I cannot understand how a people judge the laser. if he need a laser with very good quantity, I do not think 9.48usd for two pcs is a good choice.

only way to change in + is getting a yellow laserpointer beause im looking for one. but i would change my judgemnt to 0 without any refund.
at the moment im using recharable Ni-Mh from varta and ll try some alkaline battaries next

he bought a 9.48usd for two 638nm laser pointers, but asked me to send him very expensive yellow laser pointer for free to change the feedback.
it is really rediculous
