Jetlasers pen series accepts Sanwu special effects lenses

Noticed the threads on the tip of my Jetlasers pen series after someone here mentioned they were there. Well, I don't think a small BE is offered for them. So being the curious type, I tried screwing in the extra lenses that come with the Sanwu lasers. They fit perfectly.
Just wanted to share this with other JL pen owners. They are nicely made. Metal with nice threads.

Are those the same lenses that can purchased seperately on their accessories page?
 
I just checked his web site. It looked like you get five lenses for $3.00!?!?
Don't hold me to that, but I believe that's what I saw.
 
Nice find David! May have to pick up one of the pens someday when I have some $$$ burnin a hole in my pocket :)
 
Thanks for the tip David. I really want one of those pens from Jet Lasers as well as Podo's. They look like a very solid feel. What wl did you get? Have you put it on a LPM? I have some rep waiting for you if you could post a pic or two. I am hoping to get an RGB set of these once my wife get back to work. Right now money is incredibly tight.
 
Had to put some tape on them to hold the buttons down. Throw the dog out of the room to not blind him and hurry back before I left them on too long. Day time here still, so living room photo.
LPMed them. The green was an early one,150mw. Went to 180 on LPM. Red one went to 148 on LPM
They both throw a nice beam in the dark or wit fog. I'll try for more pics with fog machine or at night.
I recommend them both. Solidly built
