Hi, All this was just my personal review of the business made with Jetlasers this review was solely based on the order I previously made with JetLasers.org

Order placing
Placing my order was fairly straight forwards and simple however I did make direct contact with Gray to see what kind of offers he could make with me,
so we agreed on 220 euros for a 1W 520nm laser included with Batteries and charger.

Official Order
PL-E Mini 520nm Green Laser -
Finish : Black,
Power Levels : 700mW,
Battery : 4X18350s+battery charger,
Goggles : No, 10X Beam Expander :
No, Switch type : PL-E Mechanical
Batteries were shipped separately as agreed to which was fairly quick and arrived allot quicker and was shipped from my own country so made it simple and easy.
batteries arrived 9 or so day before the actual laser did they were packaged very well.

After a few days passed I noticed my order was on the slow process time which has exceeded the site by a day or 2 from my time zone that is. So I made contact with Gray vai email checking everything is okay still. He came back with perfect reasons why it was taking longer due to the COVID-19 it was greatly difficult to find a courier to deliver so I tried to help to see who was the best suitability from looking at FedEX/DHL/UPS/ the order here in the United Kingdom. time passed and on the 14th of May the order has been dispatched by Jetlasers.


Tracking details were provided by Gray & Jet and also received confirmation from FedEX,

Delivery was going smoothly and according to FedEx it was supposed of meant to be delivered 19th May which didn't happen which then got pushed back to 21st May which also didn't happen so I got in contact with them and found it was delayed in GUANGZHOU,CN For almost 6 days, but after speaking with the live agent who obviously didn't have a clue...

Well it didn't lol... he had no scooby doo where the package was because at that time it was still in "GUANGZHOU,CN":eek:

so i waited till 24th May and got back in touch with Gray seeing if he could find where it actually was because FedEx agents didn't have a clue after speaking to 3 different agents...

Chloe Q (21/05/2020, 10:13:55): I'm afraid this is still in China. We are seeing quite severe delays with shipments out of China at the moment due to COVID-19. The scheduled delivery date would be if we were not seeing these delays. I am very sorry about this. I would advise you to keep a track of this on FedEx.com for updates.

Me (21/05/2020, 10:14:30): because I spoke with an agent yesterday to confirm this he said it was in Stanstead :eek:
Chloe Q (21/05/2020, 10:16:00): Oh really! I am very sorry about that, I can see that the clearance info was sent electronically to Stanstead and they have reviewed and pre-cleared the package for when this arrives.

Shock Over! they backtracked and said it hasn't Departed from China, so from that point, I knew it wouldn't be delivered anytime soon.

Gray Finally got back to me with some news that was very helpful, I think Gray gave them a bit of kick in the backside as my delivery was on a plane to
KOELN afterward he also apologized for the convenience caused and said other shipments he sent out got theres already, this was the email I got from Gray.

Hope you had a great weekend. Thanks a lot for your kind words!
I did have the fedex agent contact fedex last Friday and confirm that there were nothing wrong with the package and it passed through the Guangzhou customs, still awaiting the freight flight to Europe still; it is supposed to have flew off but it didnot.

Most shipments shipping from China to Europe go through Guangzhou and shenzhen customs, and the timing is being greatly lengthened at this particular time of the crisis.

I just called the shipping agent again and they said it would fly off very soon since it's been stagnated in China for more than 10 days, that is quite a long time.

For any review, shipping is a part of it and we dont mind your mentioning it and we feel very sorry for the immense inconvenience caused, esp. about it was bought as a present.

And I am gonna to apply for a refund of 20 usd to your paypal account as the compensation.

Your understanding and kindness is vey much appreciated.

We will keep eyes on every update of this tracking number.

I thanked him but it's not his fault I hope he claims back from Fedex after looking at there normal delivery times for that service was supposed to of been 2-3 Business days but with the extended times an additional 5 days max should have been 8 days... after our little chat in emails back and forth with gray, everything shipping wise was going well.

So it finally arrived on 27th May...

Just wanted to say Thank you very much to Gray and Jetlasers.org for providing such a great customer service experience the communication throughout has been great I would greatly recommend Jetlasers.org to who is looking to buy Lasers/pointers from The United Kingdom as they promised to deliver it may not have been on time but the error wasn't on their side.

sorry for the ship delay--as said not Gray's fault. TY for being patient.

Before Covid there were VERY few delays.. 10 GBs 10 or more JLs each-to Texas-- quickest was 2 days longest was about a week.
BUT we gain a day due to time zones..so.
