How about putting out a request in the appropriate forum (Buy Sell Trade) rather than the 445nm forum?

Just order a kit from Jayrob with the hotoption and pickup a diode. You literally press the diode in and solder two wires and you're good to go. It's really not all that hard to do. I was a little nervous about my first one but after having done it, it really is nothing at all.

I have just been down for smokes and the beam is really nice on a dark rainy night.

How much are smokes there?
The price on ours went up July 1 went from 42$ to 56$ a carton (Marlboros)

Depends, the price have just risen from 400 to 420 krowns a cartoon and it varies what I get.
(It is something like $70-80)
yobresal's laser will easily light a cigarette, the only disadvantage over a lighter is the need for goggles.
