Is this driver any good?

Hi, I searched DX for some cheap drivers and found this one. Does anyone own this driver, will it be any good? If it was it would be great, it has a low input voltage and is small.

Looks decent. It's got a sense resistor, so it'll at least have feedback. Take note: diode negative will not be the same as battery negative.

yes I have one of those. They are boost drivers, but I couldn't boost them with a li-ion battery to 6V and I gave it up. they kinda suck ... I think they are only meant for single Alkaline battery (or Ni-MH) I would suggest you buy another one.

Thank you for the replies! maybe this could work for small flashlight hosts where you can only fit one aa or aaa battery?

This is cheap, I was told very high quality and is both constant Current and constant Voltage adjustable. I'll start another thread with this to get opinions too:
