Is this battery rechargable?

So look at these

and do you guys think if they are in fact rechargable would these battery chargers work..

The charger on the left normally charges a 14500 3.7 li-on battery that says" rechargeable" on it

The charger on the Right charges a 18650 200mAh 3.7V Li-on battery.. it also says "rechargeable"

my clue is if it doesn't say its rechargeable its probably not..

if I buy a rechargeable 16340 88mAh 3.6v battery would they charge in the chargers shown above?

It is obviously a rechargeable cell and that charger will work.

Yup, the cell you posted is rechargeable, but watch out for overcharging as the cheap Chinese chargers are not very reliable.

Those chargers have an auto-off function. Protected cells also prevent overcharging.

Thanks guys ..lol I usually charge my batterys in an ammo box ..like outside.. so I'll be safe enough to charge it now that I know. once again thanks, Ive been trying to use this 100mw laser for the longest time but wasn't sure if the battery is rechargeable.
