I have a ThorM2 its maybe 1.3-1.6w it can burn lots of stuff but when i take it outside during the daytime i can barely see the blue rectangle dot ? i compared it to my e laser 303 80mw and it does better in day light then my thor m2 just wondering if its normal or its just my laser is under powered thanks

There is a relative brightness comparison chart but it hasn't been uploading lately.
A 445nm blue is about 10% as bright as 532nm with both doing the same output.

Hi, The human eye perceives the color green the best out of the color spectrum .

445nm during the daytime will look substantially dimmer than it does during dark conditions. 532nm will remain almost constantly bright under nearly every lighting condition. The reason why wavelengths look dimmer or brighter under certain lighting conditions, whether in a dark room, room lighting or under the full glare of the sun is due to luminous efficacy. Our eyes adjust to the change in light intensity so our eyes actually shift the peak sensitivity to certain portions of the spectrum. During direct sunlight we favour 555nm most and observe lime green to red brighter. As light levels fall to darkness we start to shift towards a peak of 507nm favouring shorter wavelengths and greens.
