IR Filter is good for burn or is bad??
IR is bad to the eyes but a laser with IR filter you can point to the eyes or it does damage?

You should never point a laser at your eyes, especially one that can burn things. An IR filter will not change this. All laser light at levels that can burn things is dangerous. It is recommended to wear goggles with any laser greater than 5mW.

With an IR filter, a 100mW laser will still burn, but you will have filtered-out the IR (Infrared [808nm & 1064nm invisible]) laser light, so you only need Red glasses to block the green 532nm, and not multiple-wavelength safety goggles.
