Greetings, all - I am announcing hte retirement of the Sony SLD1236VL diodes that I sold in the past...I will no longer be carrying them, instead they have been replaced by the Sony SLD1239JL-54 diodes. The new diodes are MUCH more stable at higher currents, give greater output power, and have been thoroughly torture tested by Hemlock Mike ! He reported 240mw at 400ma STEADY !

Please stop on by my store and check them out - the price did go up by 50 cents (volume discounts available) but the price is still very manageable, I believe. http://stonetek.org/shop/ is the address - the new data sheets are available to download from there as well. We accept both pay-pal and Google Checkout, but do not process any sort of payments over the phone. Take it easy, I look forward to getting these awesome didoes out there to be messed with !
