if you need thermal epoxy read this

i found this while searching for some thermal epoxy. i used devcon 5min epoxy(from wally-world) and some silicon thermal paste from radio shack and it seems to work great so far.

I posted the same thing ages ago... except I used a ceramic thermal paste and standard CA glue (superglue).

Thanks for the link. I love epoxy. That was a very detailed and concise tutorial. I've had good luck with using copper or silver powder as a filler.

ahh, so it does use suspended metal particles to dissipate heat.....
